SHNY, CRINKLY FILMS LIKE FLORAL WRAP

  • See if the package will stretch when you pull it. If yes, it can be included. If it tears like paper, then please do NOT put it in the bin.

Is the package shiny or does it make a crinkly/crunchy sound in your hand? If yes, please do NOT recycle it in the bin.

  • Look for special collection containers marked for plastic film drop-off. These are located throughout the community and are the only receptacles that your film can be recycled in. Curbside (single-stream) recycling in NOT an option.

Take your collected film directly to EDS Waste Solutions where it is being bundled and prepared for shipment to TREX.
